Meet Me In The Kitchen

I’m a psychology major at Wake Forest University who could never survive without a kitchen and whisk. My dad and uncle have taught me how to cook since before I could even reach the oven door, and now I honestly can’t get enough of it. Food is a passion of mine that I know God gave me to share with the rest of the world. I desire to show people the importance and convenience of all natural ingredients, and I hope to inspire anyone who is willing to gain confidence and creativity by whipping up an original masterpiece in the kitchen.

Kelsey, why don’t you make a theme, and do some classes at Best Health at the mall. YOu have a good presentation style. Bet they would love that!

Hey Mike! Thanks so much for stopping by. I appreciate your compliment more than you know. I checked out Best Health at Hanes Mall and I think they may be closed, at least at that location. I’m interested in contacting them at the hospital to talk about some possible food demos or classes. You’re the best!!
